Right of withdrawal and consequences
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under distance selling regulations. In the event of the exercise of this right of withdrawal, the Parties agree that the consumer bears the normal costs of the return if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed €40.00 or, in the case of a higher item price, when the customer has not yet made payment or made only partial payment, unless the delivered items do not correspond to the ones that have been ordered. As a consumer, you have therefore the right to revoke your contractual declaration according to the following Conditions.

Consumers may withdraw from their contract declaration within 14 days without needing to give any reasons, either in writing (e.g. letter, fax or email), or – if they have received their purchased goods before this deadline – by sending the item(s) back. The period begins upon receipt of this notification in writing, but not before the recipient receives the goods (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before our information obligations are fulfilled under Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 para. 1 and 2 EGBGB [Introductory Act to German Civil Code] as well as our obligations under § 312e paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB [German Civil Code] in connection with Article 246 § 3 BGB [German Civil Code]. The timely submission of the notice of withdrawal or return of goods is sufficient to comply with the withdrawal period conditions. The notice of withdrawal must be sent to:

Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of an effective cancellation, goods and services given or received must be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest, dividends) surrendered. If you cannot return the services received in full or in part, or return them in a less than perfect state, you must pay us compensation for the lost value. This does not apply to the transfer of items, if the deterioration in their condition is solely due to their examination to check that they are in the condition they would have been in the retail outlet. You do not have to pay any compensation for deterioration in the condition caused by the intended use of the item. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. The customer shall bear the costs of the return if the delivered goods are as ordered and if the cost of the return item does not exceed an amount of €40.00, or in the case of a higher priced item if you have not yet provided the return service or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal. In all other cases, returns are free of charge for you. Non-transportable goods will be collected from you. Any payments due must be reimbursed within 30 days. On the Customer’s side, the period begins from the withdrawal notice or from the time when the goods are sent, and on our side, upon receipt of the same.
